Cabbage-Onion Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 limb celery, chopped or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil. Remove from heat to cool.
    Pour over other ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
