Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C cubed leftover lamb
    3 C leftover gravy or 1 can cream of celery soup
    3 C mashed potatoes
    2 tbsp minced onion
    3/4 C thinly sliced celery
    1 minced garlic clove
    salt & pepper
    1/4 C parsley
    1 egg
    grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, sliced celery and garlic in 2 tbsp butter.
