Italian Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    scant 1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 medium tomatoes, cut up
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam broccoli until barely tender (5 to 7 minutes); drain well.
