Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Blend with 1 egg.
Add gradually to dry ingredients.
Stir in corn and drop from tablespoon into deep hot fat.
Fry until golden brown 4 to 8 minutes.
