Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 onion
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    8 lemon slices
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dash of pepper
    16 oz. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in broth with onion, butter, lemon slices, curry powder, salt and pepper by bringing to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 8 to 12 minutes.
    When cooked, put in blender until smooth. Stir in lime juice.
    Serve warm or cold, garnished with sour cream.
