Pineapple Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Melt butter with flour and sugar.
    Pat in bottom of Pyrex dish.
    Pour in pineapple and cheese.
    Add enough cracker crumbs to cover top.
    May dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until it bubbles.
