Dixie Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 pt. chopped sweet red peppers
    2 pt. chopped sweet green peppers
    2 qt. chopped cabbage
    2 pt. chopped onions
    4 hot peppers
    10 Tbsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix vegetables together.
    Cover with the salt; let stand overnight in a crock or enameled pan.
    Drain.
    Add spices, sugar and vinegar; pack into clean jars.
    Seal.
    Process in water bath for 15 minutes.
