Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    In pan, melt butter. Add flour and blend on medium heat.
    Add salt.
    Pour in milk and stir to keep from sticking.
    Yields 3 cups of white sauce.
