Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped salad olives
2 Tbsp. olive juice
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mash the cream cheese with a fork and add mayonnaise.
Blend well. Stir in chopped pecans and salad olives. Don't skimp on measurements.
Now add olive juice and pepper.
Stir well.
Put in covered container and refrigerate for several hours. Great on crackers and keeps very well if you can keep it.
