Microwave Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Butter 8-inch square pan.
    Set aside.
    Place chips, butter and shortening in large micro bowl.
    Put on Medium (50%) for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth when stirred.
    Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Cover; chill until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes 16.
