Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small red potatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh sweet basil
    1 small red onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool and peel or may be used with skin on.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    May be used warm or cold.
