Grandma'S Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 small jar dried beef, chopped
    1/2 small jar pure horseradish
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese and horseradish and roll into a ball.
    Place chopped dried beef on wax paper and roll cheese ball in beef to coat.
    Wrap cheese ball in wax paper and chill for several hours.
    Serve with crackers.
