Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    2 small pkg. flour tortillas
    2 medium bell peppers, thin sliced or chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 lb. or less Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 medium onions or less, shredded
Preparation
    Mix soup, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
    In two 9 x 13-inch pans, layer tortillas, soup mixture, chicken (chopped) and grated cheese; repeat.
    You can cook one pan and freeze one or cook one and share one with a friend.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour (longer if you want it cooked down more).
    Each pan serves about 8 to 10.
