Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper, to taste
    dash oregano
    dash cumin
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Doritos
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine the soups in a mixing bowl, do not dilute. Brown the meat; add salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano, cumin, jalapeno and onion. Combine with soup mixture. Line the bottom of a square or oblong Pyrex dish with chips. Layer meat, cheese, another meat layer, chips and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
