Yummy Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
    handful of butterscotch chips
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    3/4 c. butter
    caramel pecan frosting
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan and pour half the batter into pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, melt caramels, butter and milk in saucepan.
    Pour hot caramel mixture over hot cake.\tSprinkle chips and pecans exactly over caramel mixture.
    Pour remaining cake batter on top.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Serve topped with caramel pecan frosting.
