Cheese-Pecan Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, grated
    salt to taste
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix
    cheeses
    and
    onion by hand.
    Add salt and pepper. Mix again.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Shape into a ball. Roll in parsley and nuts.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
