Cornball Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. bag herb stuffing mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook onion, celery and 4 tablespoons margarine (melted, not browned).
Add corn, water, seasoning and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over stuffing in a large bowl; mix.
Add slightly beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Form into 8 or 10 balls; place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
Dribble melted margarine over tops.
