Pork Chop Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 c. bread cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Brown chops and remove to a dish.
    Cook onion and celery in margarine until golden and soft.
    Add egg, bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Mix well until it sticks with the consistency of dough.
