Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cubed American cheese
1 c. melted oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix well and place in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
