Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients reserving half of tomato sauce and stuff in peppers that have been cut in half and seeds remove.
    Using reserved tomato sauce, pour on top of peppers.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until peppers are tender-crisp or microwave for 10 or 12 minutes.
