Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. lard or oleo
2 c. raisins, cooked
2 c. hot applesauce
2 heaping tsp. soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
small amount cloves

Preparation

When cooking raisins, put enough water to cook, then put water and raisins in mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
