Beth'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add flour and eggs.
    Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Bake in uncooked 9-inch deep pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
