Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini and milk.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube, spring-form or Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1hour or until pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Shake confectioners sugar over top before serving.
