Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted oleo
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Bring potatoes and onions to a good boil.
Drain; add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix other ingredients and put in a large casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Test to see when potatoes are done.
Crush cornflakes.
Melt oleo.
Mix; put on top of casserole and bake another 10 minutes.
