Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed or pureed*
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    *Acorn squash may be substituted for sweet potatoes.
