Apple Pie Filling For Canning - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 c. grated apples
5 c. sugar (can use less)
3 c. water
6 Tbsp. Minute tapioca

Preparation

Stir all together and cold pack 15 minutes.
For winter use. Don't make jars too full.
