Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Measure and sift dry ingredients and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix with beater at low speed the eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat at low speed until batter is well mixed.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 4 x 8-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour on the middle rack.
Makes 3 to 4 loaves.
