Jean'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 cooked chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom)
1 pt. sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega chopped green chilies
12 to 14 enchiladas (soft) tortillas (found in bread section)
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut cooked chicken into strips.
Mix sour cream and soup.
Add both cheeses.
Spoon mixture into enchiladas.
Roll over and put in baking dish.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle with cheese.
