Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans boned chicken or about 2 c. leftover chicken
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. (1 doz.) corn tortillas
    1/3 c. oil
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine chicken, sour cream and chicken soup. Mix well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
