Creole Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    28 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    12 oz. can vegetable juice cocktail
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. fish fillets, cut up*
Preparation
    In saucepot, saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil until crispy-tender.
    Stir in rest of ingredients, except fish.
    Cook 20 minutes, until tender.
    Add fish and cook 12 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
