Chicken Or Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn bread crumbs
6 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chicken or turkey stock

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine corn bread, bread cubes, salt and pepper and sage in a large bowl.
Saute onions and celery lightly in butter.
Add to corn bread mixture.
Add eggs and stock. Toss lightly.
Bake about 45 minutes.
