Eggplant Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggplants
    1 egg
    1 c. cold milk
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Peel eggplants.
    Cut in 1/2-inch strips.
    Mix egg, milk, black pepper, salt and 1 cup flour; beat well.
    Dip eggplants in batter. Put 4 cups flour in a shallow pan and roll eggplants.
    Fry in deep fat at 350\u00b0 until brown.
