Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. popped popcorn (1/2 c. unpopped)
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put popcorn in a roasting pan.
    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
    Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, without stirring, for 5 more minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir until mixed.
    Pour mixture over popcorn and gently stir to coat.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; stir.
    Bake another 5 minutes.
    Transfer popcorn to large piece of foil to cool.
    Break into clusters.
    Store tightly covered.
