Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 lb. onions, diced
    4 green peppers, diced
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    6 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes until tender.
    Put through blender, then through colander to get juice.
    Add garlic powder, onions, peppers, oil, sugar, salt, oregano, basil and tomato paste.
    Bring to a boil. Boil for 45 minutes.
    Pour in hot, sterilized jars.
    Pressure for 5 minutes at 5 pound pressure in cooker.
