Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter; add beaten egg and yeast.
    Add self-rising flour.
    Drop by spoonfuls in greased muffin tins to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Will keep in airtight container for one week.
