Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix garlic salt and pepper with potato chips.
    Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in chips.
    Place skin side up, sides not touching, in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Do not turn.
