Ginny'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and sugar.
    Add egg and sour cream.
    Mix well and add blueberries.
    Mix 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind and 1 tablespoon sugar and put on top of muffins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
