Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sq. chocolate or 6 Tbsp. cocoa plus 2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, chocolate, corn syrup, milk and salt in a saucepan.
Cook on low heat until sugar dissolves.
Cook on medium heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.
Cool until mixture is lukewarm.
Beat with a wooden spoon until it loses its gloss.
Pour onto buttered pan.
Let it set until firm.
