Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 medium eggs

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into deep, hot fat.
Cook until they float.
Remove and drain.
