Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon and pepper seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Mix cornmeal and flour to make a batter.
Rinse oysters, drain on paper towel.
Add salt and pepper prior to dredging in batter.
Deep fry until golden brown.
