Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 c. (two 7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except rice; bring to boil. Stir in rice, then pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 10 minutes in moderate 375\u00b0 oven. If desired, top with bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Brown under broiler. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
