Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
crushed Ritz crackers
margarine
Preparation

Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Spread in 2-quart baking dish.
Top with layer of crushed crackers; dot with margarine.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Or microwave, uncovered, 10 minutes.
