Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. bell peppers, seeded
    1 c. hot peppers
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    14 c. sugar
    red, green or yellow food coloring
    3 1/2 pkg. Certo
Preparation
    Grind peppers in blender with small amount of vinegar.
    Add vinegar, sugar and food colorings.
    Broil 5 to 10 minutes; add Certo and boil 1 minute.
    Seal.
    Makes 8 to 10 pints.
    Good with crackers and cream cheese.
