Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. fine chopped onion
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine first 9 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes and cool 10 minutes.
Prepare hot roll mix as directed for pizza dough and roll into a 12-inch square on cookie sheet.
Spoon meat mixture down center third of dough to within 2 inches of each end.
Make cuts in dough on each side and fold over meat in a crisscross pattern to cover meat.
Brush top of dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake 30 minutes or top is golden brown.
