Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c sugar
    3 T flour
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 c melted butter
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c buttermilk
    3 T lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp grated lemon rind
    1 (9 inch) partially baked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour
    and nutmeg.
    Add butter and beat until creamy.
    Stir in eggs, buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla and lemon rind.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
