Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and ready for stuffing
    1 lb. Pepperidge Farm thin white bread, remove crusts and cube
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 celery stalks, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 box mushrooms, minced
    1 can crabmeat
Preparation
    Mix all but bread with margarine and oil until onion is soft, not brown. Fold in bread until moist. Stuff shrimp and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Baste with lemon butter sauce. Delicious!
