Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (white or dark) meat
    mayonnaise (regular or lite)
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Use as many pounds of chicken meat, white or dark, as desired. If low-fat desired, remove skin.
    Brush with mayonnaise (can be lite).
    Roll in Italian bread crumbs; if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Very good and moist.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown, skin side up.
    Needs no turning.
