Three Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (9 oz.) box corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, sour cream and egg.
    Stir in both cans of corn.
    Blend in muffin mix. Pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until puffed, golden brown and crispy on top.
