24-Carat Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute carrots in butter or margarine and olive oil until slightly browned.
    Add milk. Blend in soup mix and flour.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, about 40 to 50 minutes. Tastes even better warmed up!
