Crumbled Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    8 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown onion in fat; add meat and brown.
    Mix in remaining ingredients except buns.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve hot on toasted split buns.
    Makes 8 servings.
